Our Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. Items must be in original condition & packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase. There will be no exceptions.

Once we receive your item(s) and have inspected it, a credit will be issued to the customer’s account on file with us and can be used within 12 months of the original date of the invoice, for future purchases. After the 12 months period, the credit will be void for future use.

If your return is approved and was originally paid by credit or debit card, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to complete a refund to the original card.
